Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into small cubes (the smaller the better)
Step 2
Season chicken with Sazon, sofrito, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, and olive oil
Step 3
Cook chicken: cover with lid and remove when halfway done
Step 4
Blend the following items: avocado, garlic cloves, white onion, tomatillos, cilantro, and pinch of salt
Step 5
Microwave taco shells for 1 minute or put in oven at 350 for 3-4 minutes
Step 6
