Instructions
Step 1
Squeeze all of the moisture out of the grated cucumber, and add the cucumber to the yoghurt.
Step 2
Add vinegar, minced garlic, chopped dill, and extra virgin olive oil to the yoghurt and cucumber.
Step 3
Stir to combine.
Step 4
Cover and leave in the fridge until ready to serve (or serve straight away).
Step 5
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil before serving.
