Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Step 2
Crack 2 eggs. Beat it well.
Step 3
Heat up the wok. Add about 3 tbsp of vegetable oil. Give it a toss, so the bottom is coated nicely.

Heat it up and add in the chicken. Saute it about 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add minced garlic and continue cooking until chicken is almost tender.
Step 6
Then push it to the side so you have room for the vegetables.
Step 7
Add in all your veggies, carrots, peas and onions. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 8
Add about 1 tbsp of oil.Wait until there is smoke coming out. Pour in the egg and let it sit for 30-50 seconds to get it slightly cooked. Break it into small pieces. And mix with chicken and veggies.
Step 9
Loosen up the rice before adding .
Step 10
Put in the rice and use spatula to break down the big pieces. stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
Step 11
Add the seasoning and soya sauce.
Step 12
Now you really mix at this point quickly . Because the wok is hot, the liquid will evaporate quickly.
Step 13
Toss everything together. Add spring onions and give a minute to infused. Remove from the heat and serve.
