looking for a basic gluten free banana bread loaf? weeeellll you’ve come to the right place - say hello to this ALMOND FLOUR BANANA BREAD 🍌 this loaf is easy to whip up & can be spiced up with any additives you’re craving like chocolate chips, fruit, nuts, etc….the options are endless!!!!
here’s the scoop!
3 mashed bananas (approx 1 cup)
2 1/2 cups almond flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup granulated sweetener
3 tbs melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
to do’s!
—combine mashed banana, eggs, sugar, oil, & vanilla in a bowl; mix until combined.
—add in sifted dry ingredients; mix well.
—pour batter into a lined loaf tin & bake @ 350 degrees for ~55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
let cool, slice, & ENJOY 🫶🏻 hiiiighly recommend warming up a slice with honey & chocolate chippies
