Instructions
Step 1
Add shredded brussel sprouts to pan with olive oil and garlic. Sauté with salt, pepper, and date syrup. Once crispy add over top bed of arugula.
Step 2
Mix broccoli slaw and shredded carrots with pesto, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add over top bed of arugula.
Step 3
Add cooked wild rice, cucumbers, feta, and pine nuts to bowl and mix with olive oil and lemon to taste. Add pesto over top for an extra kick and enjoy!
