Step 1
Position a sifter over a large bowl. Pour flour, baking powder. salt,and sugar into the sifter, sift the ingredients into the bowl.
Add milk and eggs, mix until mostly smooth, leave some lumps. Place butter into a large frying pan. Turn the heat to medium and allow the butter or margarine to melt. scoop batter into the frying pan. When one side is golden brown. use a spatula to flip the pancakes. Serve & Enjoy!
