Ingredients
8 servings

Chick peas
2 cans, drained and peeled

1 cupfresh tomatoes
diced

2jalapenos
diced

0.5red onion
small, diced

7basil leaves
chopped

3 Tbsolive oil

3 Tbsred wine vinegar
Adobo seasoning con pimento
blue lid, to taste

1 cupfeta cheese
Instructions
Step 1

Put chickpeas in a colander and rinse well. Be sure to remove clear shells. Put in medium sized bowl.

Step 2

Dice tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno. Chop basil. Add to bowl.


Step 3
Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Adobo. Mix well

Step 4
Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Stir occasionally to help marinate. Note: may be served immediately.
Step 5

Stir and add feta cheese before serving.
