Another lip smacking royal Chicken korma recipe just the way my mother used to make for special occasions.
The perfect recipe for that chicken korma lover who loves to scoop their roti in the luscious gravy.

You’ll need:
For the dry masala
1/4 cup Coriander seeds
5 to 6 Dry red chillies
1/4 cup Cumin seeds
1 Cinnamon stick
5 to 6 Cloves
1 Mace
5 to 6 Cardamon
5 to 6 Black pepper corns
1.6 kg Chicken
1/3 cup Oil (use the oil from the fried onion)
2 bay leaf
3 to 4 cardamoms & cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
3/4 tbsp Salt or to taste
2 cups of water (or slightly more according to your gravy requirement)
For the wet blend
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup fried onions
1/3 cup soaked cashews (soak in warm water for 10mins)
Garnish with
2 tbsp Rose water
Handful of chopped Coriander 🌿
1 tbsp Julienne ginger
2 sliced Green chillies
