I came up with this dish to try and make fettuccine Alfredo a tiny bit healthier lol. It's definitely a dish I enjoy making for my husband. It's quick and very little mess to clean up. Best paired with some garlic bread to dip in your sauce. It will leave you wanting seconds!

Instructions

Step 1
Grill chicken breast (I cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees for 13 minutes) Shred zucchini or buy frozen zucchini strings. Cook zucchini in large pan. Add in margarine and minced garlic and sauté your zucchini for 5-8 minutes on medium heat. Mix half cup Alfredo sauce to half cup water and add to your pan. Add in salt, pepper, onion powder and stir well. Add in your chicken and mix well. Enjoy!
