Instructions

Step 1
First, the night before you make the smoothie cut the banana and the prunes and put them in the freezer overnight.
Step 2
In the morning (or when you make it), put everything in a blender and blend until it's well incorporated. You can stop from time to time to scoop the sides in. It can take time, but be patient.
Step 3
Then you can add toppings. I added granola, some prunes (fresh or frozen), coconut flakes, seeds and tahini.
