Step 1
In blender, chop peanuts
Step 2
Add almonds and chop roughly
Step 3
Add in the rest of ingredients and buzz for a few seconds to blend
Step 4
Spread out evenly on baking tray/dish and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes
Step 5
Remove from the oven and stir thoroughly - redistribute evenly in dish and return to oven for a further 10 minutes
Step 6
Almonds may be soft, but will crisp up as it cools
Step 7
Cool completely before storing in airtight container
