Instructions
Step 1
Begin by dicing your spam into small cubes. Or, you can smash your spam with a fork.
Step 2
On medium heat, cook your spam for a few minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, add 200g of cooked white rice, cooked spam, 2 Tbsp of corn from the can, 1 Tbsp of gochujang, 1 Tbsp of sesame oil and 1.5 Tbsp of soy sauce.
Step 4
Mix the ingredients gently with a glove on.
Step 5
Taste the rice and season with more soy sauce if needed.
Step 6
With 2 gloves, start molding and shaping the rice ball into triangles.
Step 7
Continue until rice is all used.
Step 8
Cut the nori sheet into 5cm width and 10cm length and wrap it on the bottom of the onigiri. (Optional step)
