Instructions
Step 1
Make holes in peppers and deseed them. Chop the onions and mix all the stuffing ingredients together using your hands. Fill up the peppers with the mixture.
Step 2
In a big pot, warm up the olive oil and flour , when it’s lumpy add the tomato paste and stir for a few minutes. Add warm water and a celery stick, then add peppers and make sure there is enough water to cover the peppers. Leave to simmer for 1.5 hours.
