Ingredients

3 slicesbacon
diced
0.5 poundhot Italian sausage links
cut into 1 inch pieces
0.5 poundground chuck
2onions
medium, chopped
1green bell pepper
small, seeded and chopped
2cloves garlic
minced
1jalapeno
seeded and chopped
2 teaspoonsworcestershire sauce
3 teaspoonchili powder
½ teaspoonground mustard
¼ teaspoonground pepper
2 x 14 ozitalian style tomatoes
cans, diced or stewed
1 x 16 ozpinto beans
can, drained
1 x 16 ozcan kidney beans
or garbanzo, drained
Instructions
Step 1
In large skillet, brown bacon pieces until crisp. Remove from skillet; drain well.
Step 2
Brown sausage and ground chuck with onions over medium heat: drain and add to slow cooker.
Step 3
Add bacon and remaining ingredients: stir well
Step 4
Cover and cook on low 6-14 hours
