Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken breasts and soup materials in pot with 4 cups of water. Season with salt (1 tbp) Bring to a gentle boil uncovered on medium, cover at soon as surface starts to bubble, sit for 10-20min or until internal temp reaches 150F. Take out and filter soup.
Step 2
Thinly slice cucumber.
Step 3
Shred chicken breasts into thin strips.
Step 4
Cook noodles and rinse under cold water. Mix with chicken, cucumber and sauce.
