Instructions

Step 1
Put chicken legs and soup materials in pot with 8 cups of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 15min. Turn off heat and steam for 10min. Filter soup.
Step 2
Smash cucumber and cut into diamonds.
Step 3
Put chicken legs in ice water. Tear up or debone.
Step 4
Mix chicken with seasoning. Marinate for 10-30min if have time. Mix with cucumber and serve.
