Instructions
Step 1
Presoak sunflower seeds in 1 cup filtered water for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. If using frozen berries, allow to reach room temp before drinking.
