Once the toast is on the pan, you crack two eggs and put them in the middle of the toast (the hole).
Step 6
once that is done, you have made a what i like to call, a Birdie in a nest.
Step 7
Now for the salad, there isnt an exact order on which vegetable you are supposed to cut first, but we will just say that you are cutting the cucumber first.
Step 8
You are going to slice the cucumbers, once you are done with that, you will cut the slices into four small pieces each. once you are done, put it in a bowl.
Step 9
When you put the sliced cucumbers in the bowl, you are going to take the tomatos and cut those into slices and then into four small pieces each, as you did with the cucumbers. then you put them in the bowl.
Step 10
once you put the sliced vegetables in the bowl, dont mix it just yet, you will put 2 or 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then you will mix it all with a wooden spoon
Step 11
you now have your Birdie In A Nest and salad, enjoy.
