Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Cook diced chicken in a pan.
Step 3
Add 3/4 of the enchilada sauce and frozen spinach.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add half of the cheese.
Step 5
Microwave the tortillas and set up an assembly line.
Step 6
Add a few spoonfuls of chicken mixture to the tortilla, fold the sides and place on the baking dish seam side down.
Step 7
Cover the wraps in the remaining cooking sauce, and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Step 8
Cook for 15-20 minutes. (Tip, keep them away from the edges so they don't burn.)
