Instructions

Step 1
Cut tofu, spam, and sausages into slices.
Step 2
2. Slice onion, green onion, dice garlic, and prep the enoki mushrooms.
Step 3
3. Combine gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste.

4. Start heating up your beef bone broth.
Step 5
5. Place the onions first, and arrange the spam, tofu, rice cakes, sausage however you want!
Step 6
6. Add the sauce, baked beans, kimchi and scallion on top, in the middle of everything!
Step 7
7. Pour in the beef bone broth and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Step 8
8. Add your ramen and cheese, boil till 2/3 cooked. (It’ll cook the rest of the way as it simmers)
Step 9
9. Garnish with scallions and enjoy!
