Ingredients

1 tablespoonolive oil
1onion

2cloves garlic

1 poundboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into 1-inch pieces
½ teaspoonground cumin
¼ teaspoonground turmeric
¼ teaspoonground coriander
¼ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
½ cupchicken broth
¼ cupdried cherries
¼ cupslivered almonds
¼ cupfresh cilantro

Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken, cumin, turmeric, coriander, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is browned on all sides.
