Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, combine the cauliflower, coconut milk, water, and flaxseed and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Once it starts to bubble (3-4 min), add almond butter and stir.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium low and cover the pot.
Step 4
Heat for an additional 5 minutes, removing the lid occasionally to stir.
Step 5
Grind 1/2 the pumpkin seeds in a grinder or blender, pour into pot and stir - cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Add vanilla extract and hemp hearts. Add protein powder & any other spices/additions you like (cinnamon is great).
Step 7
Gently stir “oats” over medium-low heat so it’s just bubbling until the mixture reaches a consistency of your liking.
Step 8
It will continue to thicken a small amount after removed from heat.
Step 9
Top with hemp hearts, remaining pumpkin seeds, and any other berries or toppings.
