Brown turkey meat

Mix egg with all cheeses saving half cup of mozzarella and cheddar for top

Add spaghetti sauce to cooked meat

Layer a large baking dish starting with meat and sauce, then cheese mixture, then noodles, continue layering being sure to end with meat and top with cheese

Bake for 1 hour or until heated through and cheese melted
