Instructions
Step 1
Cook bacon in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Step 2
Remove bacon from pot reserving bacon fat in pot. Add sweet Italian sausage and onion and crumble with wooden spoon. Cook until sausage is no longer pink about 8 minutes.

Step 3
Add the garlic and celery and cook stirring occasionally until the celery is soft about 2 minutes. Stir in the broth, basil, oregano and crushed red pepper flakes, season with salt and pepper.

Step 4
Bring to a boil and let cook until flavors have melded about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 5
Turn heat down to medium and stir in the kale to wilt. Add coconut milk, parmesan, and gnocchi simmer until the gnocchi is cooked, about 3 to 5 minutes.
