Chicken burger seasoning

2 poundsground chicken

Instructions
Step 1
In a large glass bowl combine the ground chicken, burger seasoning and steak sauce. Mix together until just combined.
Step 2
Use your hands to divide the ground chicken into 4 portions, then form each portion into discs.
Step 3
Press unto the center of each patty with your thumb to imprint a deep dimple (this will help keep your burgers flat when you cook them.)

Cook according to the directions below (BBQ, Oven, Stovetop, and Air Fryer directions below).

To Assemble: Place the bottom halves of the Low Calorie Buns on plates (or one serving platter) top with spinach, a cooked chicken burger patty, onions, and your desired toppings, and then top each burger with the top of the bun.

Serve hot.

Pre-heat a skillet or cast iron skillet over high heat.

Add the chicken burgers patties to the hot skillet and cook for 7 minutes.

Flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through (165 degrees).

Move to a plate, and top with cheese. Rest for 5 minutes.
Airfryer

Preheat your air fryer to 375°.
Step 12
Place your chicken burgers patties into the air fryer, and cook for 6 minutes each side, until cooked through (165 degrees in the center).

Move to a plate, and top with cheese. Rest for 5 minutes.
