Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft. Add salt and spices and cook for 1 more minute.
Step 2
Add cilantro, tomato paste, and tomato juice and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add Water and lime juice. Blend well with an immersion blender or in a high speed blender.
Step 4
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
