Instructions
Step 1
Combine paste ingredients in blender









Step 2
Heat up oil in pan

Step 3
Cook paste for a few minutes till fragrant, then add chicken

Step 4
Add in chopped carrots and bell peppers


Step 5
Cook chicken till done, then add in almond milk and yoghurt


Step 6
Add in fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice



Step 7
Add bay leaf and simmer for 15-20 minutes
