Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 500*F
Step 2
Stretch the dough on a 14-inch pizza pan and brush the edges of the crust with olive oil. Place a heaping 1/3 cup of the cashew cream in the center of the dough and spread into a thin layer. Sprinkle with the Brussels sprouts, red onion, and pinches of red pepper flakes. Bake for 11 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is browned and cooked through.
Step 3
Stir water into the remaining cashew cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach a drizzleable consistency. Remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle generously with the cashew cream, top with the basil, and serve.
