Instructions
Step 1
1. Add butter, olive oil and garlic to a large pot on medium heat.
2. Once butter is completely melted, add res onion, celery, carrots and potatoes. Cover and simmer until potatoes are soft. (20mins)
3. Add kale to pot. Cover and simmer until kale is completely soft. (5mins)
4. Once softened, remove 1/2 mixture and add to blender. Blend and add back to pot.
5. Add chicken broth and cream. Cover and simmer. (15mins)
6. Stir in all seasoning.
