Eggs Waffle Breakfast Casserole

6 or 7 eggs waffles 1 cup Shredded frozen hashbown potatoes 1 lb cooked maple breakfast sausage 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 9 eggs Salt & pepper to taste 8 slices of cooked bacon 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup 1 cup cheddar cheese
Step 3
Layer waffles in a 9 X 13 pan or 8 X 8 if cutting recipe in half. Sprinkle potatoes over waffles Add sausage. Add mozzarella Whisk eggs and pour all but two of the eggs over items in pan. Add bacon on top. You can just layer it on top but you can also crumble it on. Pour remaining eggs on top. Pour over 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Top with 1 cuo cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Add remaining maple syrup and serve
