Step 1
In a bowl mash the avocado then stir in the salt, yogurt, and basil leaves.
Step 2
Toast the rye bread.
Step 3
Spread the avocado-yogurt mast on one slice of bread, then layer the tomato slices and pickled onions.
Step 4
On the other slice of rye, layer on the bean sprouts. Place the avocado-yogurt mash toast over the bean sprout toast.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy.
