Instructions
Step 1
Sift the flour and baking powder.
Step 2
Make a well and add eggs, using a wooden spoon to draw in the flour. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring constantly to form a thick batter.
Step 3
Grate the baby marrows and let kitchen paper towel soak up the juices thereof. Pat the baby marrows dry and add them with thyme, salt and pepper to the batter and mix well.
Step 4
Heat oil on a medium-high heat and drop tablespoons of the batter into the pan and cook for 3-4 mins each side.
