Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Mist the cups of a muffin pan with cooking spray.

2. To a blender, add the eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, butter, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Blend for 20 seconds.

3. Evenly fill the prepared muffin cups with the egg mixture (filling each cup about ½ full).

4. Top each with the sliced green onions and chopped bacon.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg bites are set in the middle.

6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
