Delicious Veggie Noodle Stir-Fry for Two

Instructions

Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus and bell pepper slices, then stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
Step 3
Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the beansprouts and minced garlic to the other side. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil.
Step 5
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, followed by the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until heated through.
Step 6
Remove the skillet from the heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
