Step 1

Simmer sliced tuna in a non stick pan, cover and let it cook for about 15 minutes in above medium fire, when done add coconut milk (optional) and cocoa powder avoid too low water content or too sticky sauce so adjust fire and mixture of water and cocoa power.
Step 2
When mixture is cooked and evenly distributed when it is boiled add the rest of the ingredients, let simmer and put off fire. Serve hot.
