Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onion.
Step 2
Heat 1 tablespoon of margarine in a pan.
Step 3
Sauté the onions until soft.
Step 4
Add vegan meatballs to the pan and fry for four to five minutes.
Step 5
Boil water in a kettle.
Step 6
Add the remaining margarine to the pan and melt.
Step 7
Add flour to the pan and fry for four to five minutes or until the flour turns a golden color.
Step 8
Add the boiling water to the pan, whisking constantly.
Step 9
Season with soy sauce and mustard.
Step 10
Add oat cream and cumin.
Step 11
Finally, season with black pepper.
Step 12
Serve with mased potatoes
(1 kg potatoes, 2 dl oat cream, 1 dl soy milk, 1 tbsp vegan butter)
