Step 1
peel and cut the potatoes into cubes
Step 2
cut the pork into cubes
Step 3
boil the noodles for 2 mins then remove and drain
Step 4
in a saucepan add the water, onions, potatoes, konbu and ginger
Step 5
bring to a boil then simmer for 6-8 mins
Step 6
add the pork
Step 7
once the pork is cooked, add the mirin, sake and soy sauce
Step 8
continue to simmer for another 6-8 mins
Step 9
add the vegetables and cook
