Goan Fish Masala - For stuffing fish
For stuffing whole fish - bream, dart, snapper, pomfret and prawns. Make a slit in the fish, fill with 3 tbsps and then fry til cooked.

Instructions
Step 1
Put dry spices first at bottom of mixer, then garlic, ginger and onions, then finally chillies on top.
Step 2
Pour in one cup of vinegar-water mixture with soaked kashmiri chillies and begin to mix.
Step 3
Periodically add the remaining vinegar-water mixture to maintain a smooth consistency.
