8 ouncesdried rice vermicelli noodles

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, chilies, and ginger and cook for another minute, until fragrant.

Stir in the BBQ pulled pork and cook for 2-3 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
