Instructions
Step 1
Add quinoa flour ( I have a posted recipe yesterday how to make homemade quinoa flour ) oat flour baking powder baking soda salt and sunflower seeds and whisk together
quinoa flour1 cup
oat flour2 cups
baking powder2 tsp
baking soda¼ tsp
sunflower seeds¾ cup
salt¾ tsp
Step 2
In a separate bowl whisk the water oil and apple cider vinegar then mix into the dry ingredients until you have a thick dough. Smooth this into a small loaf pan ( I use silicone as it’s non stick and easy to remove ) sprinkle any extra seeds on top then bake in a preheated oven at 180 c 360 f for 35 minutes or until a cocktail stick inserted in the middle comes out clean
Step 3
Once baked cool on a wire rack . I keep this wrapped in clingfilm and it stays moist for days
