Teriyaki sauce
Step 1
Mix ingredients in a small bowl
Cook vegetables
Step 2
Heat oil in large non stick pan add garlic and carrot stir for cook for 3-5 minutes
Cooking beef
Step 3
Add the beef and cook breaking it up as you go until it changes from red to light brown. Add teriyaki sauce and cook for 4 minutes until the sauce evaporates and the beef is caramelised.
