Instructions
Step 1
Drain the water from the tofu, cut into triangular pieces, and coat in corn starch.
Step 2
Deep fry the tofu in hot oil until golden brown, drain and set aside.
Step 3
Heat up a wok with sesame oil. Stir fry ginger, garlic and dried chili until aromatic.
Step 4
Add tofu, light soy sauce and apple cider vinegar. Stir fry briefly.
Step 5
Add water and sugar. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Step 6
Add the Thai basil and mix well.
