Meat Mix
1 cuplean ground beef
or sirloin, the leaner it is, the lower the calories, I use 94% lean
1 tspolive oil
or spray
1onion
small, chopped
1green bell pepper
chopped
1 cupmushrooms
sliced
1 Tbspminced garlic
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 tsppaprika
1 tspchili powder
¼ cuplight cream cheese
I use 95% light
⅓ cupfat free greek yogurt
plain
⅓ cuplight mozzarella cheese
½ cuppasta water
Toppings (Optional)

for some more traditional flavour, feel free to add, but in moderation due to calories !
