Ingredients

1 lblean ground beef
1 tspsalt
1 tspblack pepper
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 cuponion
2 Tbspgarlic
4 cupsbeef broth
1 TbspItalian Seasonings
2 Tbsptomato paste
1 ½ cupscrushed tomatoes
1 ½ cupstomato sauce
2 Tbspsugar

2beef bouillon cube
2 Tbspparsley
2 Tbspbasil
7lasagne noodles
15 ozricotta cheese
½ tspsalt
½ tspgarlic powder
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 cupmozzarella cheese
2 Tbspparsley
2 Tbspbasil
Instructions
Step 1
Combine ricotta cheese, salt, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley and basil. Mix and refrigerate.
Step 2
In a large pot, cook the beef until it’s brown. Remove any excess fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onions, garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add beef broth, Italian seasonings, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley, basil, sugar and beef bouillon cube. Cook for about 15 minutes. Taste and adjust your seasonings. Break lasagne noodles (2 inch width) and drop into pot. Cook until the noodles are soft. Serve in a bowl with a scoop of the ricotta cheese.
