This quick and easy Egg fried Tofu is one of my favorite ways to eat tofu ! It’s healthy quick and delicious

Instructions
Step 1
Slice the tofu into slices then pat them dry .

Step 2
Get the cornstarch prepared in one plate and in another beat the egg add a dash of soy sauce white pepper and 2 of the scallions sliced . Dip the tofu in cornstarch to coat then dip in the egg mixture and fry on a hot pan on medium high heat until golden . Flip and cook a few more minutes on the other side



Step 3
Prepare the sauce in a bowl by adding 2 tbsp soy sauce sambal oelek honey sesame seeds and the remaining scallion sliced . Stir then dip the tofu in . Enjoy
