Instructions
Step 1
Combine the ground almonds, rolled oats, baking powder, eggs, almond milk, half of the honey and salt into a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Melt the coconut oil in a large pan and fry spoonfuls of batter for 1 minute until bubbles form
Step 3
Flip and cook for 30 seconds and then stack them up and serve them with honey, yoghurt and blueberries
