Ingredients

Falafel mixture
2 ½ cupsedamame beans
400gcanned chickpeas
1 cupflat leaf parsley
chopped
½ cupmint
chopped
1 cupcoriander
chopped
½ cupgluten free flour
1 tspfine salt
2 tspground cumin
½ tspall spice
1 teaspoongarlic-infused oil
Tahini sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Place all the falafel ingredients into a food processor and mix until finely chopped. Shape heaped tablespoons of mixture into approximately 26 oval falafel; place on a tray lined with cling film. Refrigerate for 1 hour to firm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, whisk together tahini sauce ingredients to create dipping sauce. Whisk until smooth and season to taste.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer to 180 degrees for 3 mins.
Step 4
Place the half of falafel into the air fryer basket. Cook at 180 degrees for 12 mins, turning halfway through. Transfer to a tray, cover to keep warm. Repeat cooking with the remaining falafels.
Step 5
Serve with tahini dipping sauce.
