Instructions

Step 1
combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. May have pieces of oats that do not blend but that is ok as long as most of the misture is blended together. Add more mlk if mixture is too thick or add water. Top up with some fruit, nuts and sees, and llow calorie syrup.
