Unbelievable tasty and so simple to make. Like a fresh version of aioli.
🚨 low fat yoghurt is too thin for this, full fat only.

Instructions
Step 1
Put 1x cucumber through the cheese grater and squeeze out all the cucumber water with hands

Step 2
Add to around 500g of yoghurt in a big mixing bowl.


Step 3
Finely chop 1x bunch of coriander including stems and add

Step 4
Crush 1/2 cloves of garlic in


Step 5
Add salt, quite a bit but you’ll know the taste when you get there.
