🍌 The sweetness in this recipe comes from the banana - the extra brown ones work best for this!
2 weetabix
80g self raising flour
1 TSP baking powder
1 egg
50g unsalted butter, melted
60MLS whole milk
1 banana, mashed
Handful of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1.Preheat oven to 180c and line/grease a loaf tin
2.In a large mixing bowl add all your ingredients and give everything a good mix together
3.Spoon your mixture into your loaf tin and bake for 25-30 mins until golden in colour and cooked through.
