✨ Crispy Thai Red Curry Salmon Bowl ✨ Bring back one of my older recipes again today as this is one of my FAVE easy dinners, especially when the weather is like this 🥵 The Salmon is SO flavourful and it’d be a great meal prep for the week too 👀 It really is a DREAM lovelies, so pleaseee make this as soon as you can 🤩 📌 SAVE SAVE SAVE to give this recipe a go ❤️ 📍 Makes 1 serving (easily doubled etc) 📍 545 Calories & 25.5g Protein ✨ 1 Salmon Fillet, skin removed (mine was 125g) ✨ 1/2tsp Olive Oil ✨ 1 tbsp Red Curry Paste (or any Thai curry paste would work) ✨ 125g cooked Basmati Rice ✨ 20t Sriracha Mayonnaise ✨ Cucumber, Spring Onion & Sesame seeds

Instructions

Step 1
- Cut your salmon into large bitesize cubes, then add to a bowl with your oil and curry paste; using a spoon, gently mix until the salmon is well coated with the paste. - Spray your air fryer basked really well with some cooking spray, then add in your salmon and cook for around 8 minutes at 185c, flipping halfway, until the salmon is cooked through. And then all you need to do is assemble! Start with your rice, cucumber, spring onion then add on your salmon, spicy mayo and sesame seeds. That is literally it! So easy, so quick and just deliciousssss 🥰
